We are a completely volunteer-driven organization, so only patients profit.

Recurring Gifts
Recurring donations are gifts made in your own name to support the work of Neuro Challenge on a regular basis. You tailor the gifting schedule to your budget by telling Paypal how often you want to support Neuro Challenge. Monthly? Bi-monthly? Quarterly? Memorial Gifts
Your memorial gift to Neuro Challenge is a personal remembrance that honors the life and memory of a friend or loved one, and offers the gift of hope for the future. Based on the information you provide, Neuro Challenge will send a letter to the family of the memorialized, notifying them of your thoughtful gift.

Special Occasion Gifts
Commemorate a special moment. Honorary Gifts, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Mother’s or Father’s Day, or the arrival of a new baby are special moments that we can help you celebrate. A gift to Neuro Challenge is a wonderful way for individuals, organizations, businesses, and groups to honor these special occasions in our lives and pay tribute to a friend or loved one. Leadership Alliance
Reserved for donors who make a total cumulative gift of $500 to $10,000 or more per year. The support from our Leadership Alliance Members is essential to advancing the goals and mission of the Neuro Challenge Foundation. One-time and monthly recurring gift arrangements are available. Patient and Family Advocacy Program
Donors seeking an opportunity to enhance and protect the quality of life for Parkinson’s patients should contact the Neuro Challenge Development office at (941) 780-2710 to discuss this ground breaking project. Donor Naming opportunities are available at levels of $100,000 or more. Our pilot program, called NeuroAdvocate, is designed to establish and maintain long-term patient relationships and to enhance quality of life using patient education, trained coordinators who provide personalized assistance and a certified referral process designed to help patients and their families navigate the complex and often confusing world of Parkinson Disease more easily.

The program provides support and personalized direction for patients and families including resources, information, referrals, support, transportation and more. It also coordinates volunteer efforts in selected communities. We hope to provide a valuable outreach channel to patients faced with chronic neuro illnesses, particularly those who may not otherwise seek help.

Currently, the NeuroAdvocate Pilot Program is housed in the Neuro Challenge Center for Parkinson Disease in Sarasota, Florida. Plans are underway to expand this valuable outreach tool to other communities. Donor Titled Gifts
Donors providing gifts of $50,000 or more in one calendar year may fund research, education or social service programs in keeping with our mission. The donor may name the grant. Call our Executive Director at (941) 780-2710, or send an email to info@neurochallenge.org.

Corporate Sponsorship
Your organization can lend a helping hand by underwriting special fundraising events, as well as educational and research programs and grants for Neuro Challenge. Our Annual Charity Event is scheduled for January 16, 2009.

Gifts through your Will or Living Trust
As a champion of Neuro Challenge, you may choose a bequest in your will or living trust as your ultimate charitable gift to help continue the programs you have been supporting over your lifetime. Your will or trust document is an important part of an effective estate plan. It provides for a clear and specific understanding as to how you want to transfer your assets to those you love and to those charitable organizations that you have been committed to during your life.
